NPR's Anne Garrels reports that the last refugee camp from the war in Southeast Asia will close at the end of the year. The camp is operated by Thailand and is filled with Laotian Hmong refugees. The Hmong left Laos to escape government persecution. As the camp closes, their future is uncertain.
