New School Chancellor for NYC

NPR's Melissa Block reports that a divided New York City Board of Education refused to extend its contract with Schools Chancellor Rudy Crew. If Crew finishes out his contract, which expires in June, he would be the longest serving chancellor of the nation's largest public school system.
