Chemical Weapons

From member station WBEZ in Chicago, Jackie Northam reports on efforts to rid the U.S military of its VX stockpile. VX is a deadly chemical compound that was manufactured during the Cold War. The U.S pledged to destroy it when the Chemical Weapons Convention was ratified in 1997.
