Schools on Bases

Robert talks with Daniel Golden, Education Reporter for the Wall Street Journal, in Boston, Massachusetts, about how schools on military bases buck the trend of public schools elsewhere, with strong academic results. He says one of the differences in the military base schools is that parents can be ordered to get involved.
