Bettino Craxi Dies

NPR's Sylvia Poggioli reports that Bettino Craxi, Former Prime Minister of Italy died of a heart attack yesterday in Tunisia. Craxi was Italy's longest-serving premier of the postwar era, holding two back-to-back terms from August 1983 to March 1987. He fled to Tunisia to avoid a prison sentence for corruption convictions.
