NPR's Eric Westervelt reports from Miami, where the Cuban grandmothers of Elian Gonzales did not meet with their 6-year-old grandson yesterday because they couldn't agree on terms for the visit with the family members who have the boy. Today, the two grandmothers are in Washington to meet with members of Congress. The boy's Miami relatives may also fly to Washington for a meeting.
