Where Were You At 22? The usual fare on MTV is music, but the cable channel has shown an increasing interest in politics during presidential election years. Tonight, the rock 'n' roll will pause of an hour-long look at the main candidates for president in 2000. But this program will not question the candidates on the issues of the day. It will examine their lives as young men. It's called "Where Were You At 22." NPR's Guy Raz has this report.
