Charge Dismissed Against Guantanamo Detainee
A military judge on Monday dismissed terrorism-related charges against a Canadian prisoner charged with killing a U.S. soldier in Afghanistan.
Omar Khadr was 15 when he was captured after a deadly firefight in Afghanistan. He is now 20 and is expected to remain at the prison in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
