Clinton's Budget Proposal

NPR White House Correspondent Mara Liasson reports on President Clinton'st 1.84 trillion dollar budget proposal for the next fiscal year. The plan includes health care initiatives and education tax credits, as well as provisions for paying off the national debt. Republican leaders say the President's budget is too extravagant, but Republican members may end up supporting some of the provisions, which are attractive to voters during this election year.
