Tobacco Industry's Defense in Miami

NPR's Debbie Elliott reports from Miami on the tobacco industry's defense arguments in the class action lawsuit brought on behalf of some 500-thousand Florida smokers. Tobacco's defense strategy is to demonstrate that the plaintiffs were well aware of the dangers of smoking but chose to smoke anyway.
