Confederate Flag

Scott talks to historians John Hope Franklin of Duke University and Allen Guelzo of Eastern College about the potency of the Confederate flag as a political symbol. Earlier this week, lawmakers in Virginia proposed legislation that would reclaim the state flag it lost on the battlefield at Gettysburg.
