Chocolates

NPR's Linda Wertheimer talks with Carole Bloom, a chef and author of All About Chocolate, the Ultimate Resource for the World's Favorite Food. Carole explains the intricacies of how to tell what is in a piece of chocolate in a box of candy without touching it or without being disappointed at your final selection. She joined us from our New York Bureau. All About Chocolate, the Ultimate Resource for the World's Favorite Food, is published by Macmillan, 1998.
