Is Cleanliness Dangerous?

NPR's Eric Weiner reports from Tokyo on the Japanese physician known as Dr. Dirt. Koichiro Fujita, a Professor of Parisitology at the Tokyo Medical University, believes Japan's penchant for cleanliness presents a health hazard by eliminating helpful bacteria along with harmful ones.
