Economic Impact of Crude Oil Prices

NPR's John Ydstie reports on the overall impact of rising oil prices on the U.S. economy. Some analysts predict the current rise won't have much of an impact, but others believe the cost of oil could rise as high as $40 per barrel, creating significant problems.
