Clinton's Effect on the Campaign

NPR White House Correspondent Mara Liasson reports on the effect President Clinton is having on the presidential race. Republican candidates are promising to restore decency and dignity to the Oval Office and Vice president Al Gore says he will bring his own values of "faith and family".
