Commentator Bill Harley is going to the Grammys this year — again. At last year's ceremony, he was starstruck. He couldn't speak or eat. He says he just gawked at all the beautiful people. When he struck up a conversation with a man at the bar, he realized the secret of survival at these events is appearance, not substance.
