Managed Health Care

NPR's Joanne Silberner reports on a case before the Supreme Court which could potentially affect how managed care is run in this country. The plaintiff alleges that in addition to being misdiagnosed, incentives given to her doctors to keep costs down delayed the proper tests and treatment for what turned out to be appendicitis.
