US/Cuban Relations

NPR's Tom Gjelten reports that even as US/Cuban relations are getting worse, Cuba appears to be trying to blame the Cuban-American community in Miami for its problems. These include the Elian Gonzalez custody dispute, a Cuban diplomat accused of spying, and a critical upcoming human rights report.
