Tobacco Settlement

NPR's Adam Hochberg reports that black leaders across the country are trying to get part of the tobacco settlement to be used for anti-smoking programs targeted at African-Americans. According to their claim, African-Americans suffer disproportionately from smoking-related illnesses, and have been the target of tobacco advertisements for years.
