LA Police Corruption

NPR's Ina Jaffe reports on the Los Angeles Police Departments' investigation into its anti-gang unit, known as the Rampart Unit. The unit is accused of years of corruption, police brutality, and theft. The report is due tomorrow, but there is still debate over whether the inquiry was broad enough, and whether someone other than the police department itself, should have conducted it.
