Scotus - Anonymous Tips

NPR's Nina Totenberg reports on today's oral arguments before the Supreme Court. The case tests whether an anonymous tip, including a description of an unknown suspect, is enough for police to detain someone and frisk him. In this case, the police got a tip that a black man in a plaid shirt was seen with a gun. Police stopped a suspect, frisked him, and found an illegal gun.
