Son of Elijah Mohammed Seeks Closer Ties with Traditional Islam

In Chicago, recently, Nation of Islam Minister Louis Farrakhan appeared on the same stage with W.D. Mohammed. Mr. Mohammed, son of Elijah Mohammed, founder of the Nation of Islam, broke away from his father's movement. Mr. Farrakhan called for a reconciliation and suggested the Nation of Islam move closer to traditional Islam. NPR's Lynn Neary speaks with traditional Muslims about how they feel about such a reconciliation.
