Russian Presidential Election

Michele Kelemen reports from St. Petersburg, Russia, on acting President Vladimir Putin's campaign for the presidential election, which takes place in a week and a half. Putin has no TV or radio ads, nor billboards, and will not take part in any candidate debates. Instead, he's relying on his position as incumbent and has set up offices around Russia, where citizens can appeal for help with their problems.
