Shelbyville Adoption

Adoptions of black children lag far behind those of whites and many children spend years in foster care awaiting adoption. A black church in a small east Texas town is encouraging its members to take them in. Many families have adopted 3 and 4 kids. Even couples whose children are grown are starting over with adoptees. NPR's Wade Goodwyn reports.
