NPR's Linda Gradstein reports from Jerusalem on the massive security precautions Israel is taking for the Pope's visit. Thousands of police officers and soldiers are being deployed. The Palestinian Authority will take responsibility for the Pope's safety during his visit to Bethlehem. Israel insists it will be in charge in all other areas, including at Muslim holy sites in Jerusalem.
