Milosevic Remains In Power

Jacky Rowland reports from Belgrade on the survival of Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic. A year after NATO bombed Serbia, Milosevic remains in power. He's styled himself as the rebuilder of the nation, and his political opposition has more or less withered away.
