Clinton in Pakistan

NPR's Michael Sullivan reports from Islamabad where President Clinton addressed the Pakistani people on television today. Clinton urged the Pakistanis to begin a dialogue with neighboring India. Pakistan's military leader, General Pervez Musharraf, said Pakistani representatives were ready to talk anytime, anywhere.
