President Clinton and Syrian President Hafez Al Assad failed to achieve a breakthrough in the peace process between Israel and Syria. Clinton is trying to revive talks between the two nations which stalled in January. Today's summit in Geneva was a sudden addition to the end of the President's trip through South Asia. NPR's Vicky O'Hara is traveling with the President and says the administration is trying to play down expectations
