NPR's Barbara Bradley reports on thousands of immigrants who are locked in jail—perhaps indefinitely— because of changes in US immigration laws. These immigrants have served prison sentences for crimes and been ordered to be deported, but can't be returned to their home countries. Some could be looking at life in jail. {10:15}
