Tensions In Kosovo

NPR's Sarah Chayes reports that ethnic Albanian guerillas outside Kosovo's southeastern border continue to bear arms despite an agreement to disband. NATO is concerned that the actions of ethnic Albanian guerillas may provoke a Serbian offensive in the region.
