Kosovo Border Tension

NPR's Sarah Chayes reports from the border between Kosovo and Serbia proper that for the first time, NATO peacekeeping troops have crossed over the border into the buffer zone along the frontier. The British KFOR troops made an inspection tour, to investigate reports that Yugoslav armored vehicles had made an incursion into the zone last weekend. Under the agreement that ended NATO's air war last year, the Yugoslav army is not allowed into the zone.
