Elian Gonzalez

NPR's Debbie Elliott reports from Miami that federal officials and attorneys for the Miami relatives of Elian Gonzales have agreed to resume custody negotiations on Monday. In the meantime, the Immigration and Naturalization Service has extended, the deadline for revoking Elian's right to stay in the United States if his Miami relatives refuse to agree to turn him over.
