Military Harassment

NPR's Steve Inskeep reports that a female Army general has accused a male general of sexual harassment. Defense Secretary William Cohen confirms that the Army is investigating the alleged 1996 incident. Three-star general Claudia Kennedy is making the charge against a colleague whose identity is being withheld during the investigation. Kennedy's accusation is the latest in a series of high profile sexual harassment cases involving senior military officers.
