Higher Tax in New York

Mike McKay of member station WBFO reports from Buffalo that more New Yorkers seem to be heading to the state's Indian reservation to buy tax-free cigarettes and gas since the state raised its cigarette taxes. The increase has fueled a fight between vendors on the reservation and those in the surrounding areas.
