Tobacco Advertising

Lawyers for the tobacco industry went to federal court Friday to try to stop the state of Massachusetts from curbing tobacco advertising. The state's attorney general is pushing for tough restrictions — but the tobacco industry says Massachusetts is overstepping its authority. NPR's Tovia Smith reports.
