Matt Miller on the Bush Campaigns

Commentator Matt Miller compares George W. Bush's proposal for giving tax breaks to people who buy their own private health insurance, to the plan his father offered during the 1992 Presidential campaign. Miller says the contrast puts the younger Bush in a difficult political position.
