Standoff in Montenegro

NPR's Sylvia Poggioli reports police in the Balkan state of Montenegro have been locked in a standoff with the Yugoslav army for months. Now, Yugoslav president Slobadan Milosevic has launched an economic blockade of Montenegro, a move many fear could lead to the 5th Balkan war in a decade.
