NPR's Eric Weiner reports on the 25th anniversary of the end of the Vietnam War and compares the country's two largest cities, Hanoi in the North and Ho Chi Minh City, formerly Saigon in the South. Twenty-five years after the reunification of North and South Vietnam the cultures of the two cities are poles apart.
