NPR's Wade Goodwyn reports a federal judge told lawyers today that a preliminary review of infrared videotapes made during the government's siege on the Branch Davidians found no signs of gunfire from either federal agents or the sect's members. But, the judge said, that expert review is not incontrovertible.
