Supreme Court Abortion Case

NPR Legal Affairs Correspondent Nina Totenberg previews arguments in today's Supreme Court abortion case. Justices will consider whether states have the Constitutional authority to outlaw a certain type of abortion procedure. Opponents of the procedure refer to it as a partial birth abortion. Doctors call it the dilation and extraction method, or d-and-x. Thirty states have laws banning the procedure. Today's case involves Nebraska.
