California Clashes With Governor

NPR's Ina Jaffe reports that California state legislators have clashed with Governor Gray Davis over his nomination to the state parole board. It's the second confrontation within the past few months. This recent clash stems from the refusal of the parole board, and the governor, to parole a prisoner, despite a court ruling ordering them to free the man.
