Million-Mom March

NPR's Eric Westervelt reports on yesterday's Million-Mom March held on the National Mall near Capitol Hill. Several hundred thousand attended the march, and similar rallies held across the United States. Organizers hope the march will focus attention on the need for stricter gun control laws. Opponents of gun control also staged a march, which took place near the Washington Monument.
