Hostage Negotiations in the Philippines

NPR's Eric Weiner reports that negotiations are expected to get underway for the release of 21 people being held hostage in the Philippines. Muslim rebels seized the hostages, most of them foreigners from a Malaysian diving resort three weeks ago.
