Changes in Syria

NPR's Jennifer Ludden reports that dramatic changes are taking place in Syria, which has long been one of the most closed and monolithic societies in the Middle East. Observers say there is a loosening of the flow of information and a concerted effort to bring in new investments along with other incentives.
