Kitchen Confidential

Noah talks to Anthony Bourdain, author of "Kitchen Confidential," and chef at Les Halles in New York City. Bourdain talks about the secrets of a good chef — everything from good utensils to cooking ingredients. Bourdain says he despises dry herbs from the supermarket. He says the best dishes are made with simple, fresh ingredients. And, he also talks about what he requires of his employees at the restaurant.
