Oppositions to China Trading

Host Bob Edwards talks to House Minority Leader Dick Gephardt about his reasons for opposing permanent normal trade relations with China. The House of Representatives is expected to vote next week on the Clinton administration's plan to grant (PNTR) with China. Supporters believe that the best way to bring about internal reforms in China is through free trade.
