Federal Judiciary on Trial

NPR Legal Affairs Correspondent Nina Totenberg reports that a House government reform committee has postponed indefinitely a hearing to investigate the conduct of Judge Norma Holloway Johnson, Chief Judge at the US District Court in Washington, DC. The case is the latest in a series of attacks on the credibility of the federal judiciary.
