Federal Health Fraud

NPR's Patricia Neighmond reports on the settlement between Columbia/HCA Healthcare Corporation and the federal government. In one of the biggest federal health fraud investigations, Columbia/HCA Healthcare Corp., has agreed to pay 745 million dollars to partially settle allegations that it over-billed Medicare and other government programs.
