Susan talks to Philip Whitten, editor in chief of Swimming World magazine, about Mary T. Meagher's 19-year-old world record in the 200 meter butterfly, which swimmer Susie O'Neill finally toppled this week. Meagher's was the longest standing world record in modern swimming history.
