Taiwan inaugurated a new president, Chen Shui-bian, the first democratically-elected opposition leader. He spoke of re-unification and reconciliation with China. But Beijing was not appeased, calling Mr. Chen's speech "insincere." Susan speaks with NPR's Rob Gifford.
